To help make your stay at Goot Resorts in Riyadh as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
No special conditions apply for groups.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Important Information
A damage deposit of SAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please check your visa requirements before you travel. Please note that this is a family hotel only and doesn't accept bookings from non-married couples. A proof of family documents needs to be presented upon check-in.
